【Steamed Matcha Egg Custard】

Ingredients:
1) 1 large egg;
2) 150 ml milk (about ½ cup +2 tablespoons);
3) 1 tbsp Lakanto – Monkfruit Sweetener ;
4) 1 tbsp condense milk;
5) 1.5 tsp Matcha green tea powder.
Directions:
1: Crack an egg into a small bowl, beat with a fork (Picture 1). Add sugar and condense milk to 150 ml milk, mix well (Picture 2). Microwave the milk for 50 seconds. Add 1.5 tsp Matcha green tea power (Picture 3) and mix well (Picture 4).
2: Pour milk slowly to the beaten egg while stirring (Picture 5). Slowly pour the egg and milk mixture through a strainer into a serving bowl (Picture 6). Place the steam rack inside the Instant Pot. Fill water to the 1-cup mark. Place the bowl on the steam rack (Picture 7). Cover the lid and turn the pressure valve to the Seal position. Press the “Steam” button and set 10 minutes of cooking time.
3: When the program is done, wait for another 5 minutes. Slowly release the pressure then open the lid. Take out the cooked Matcha Egg Custard and serve warm.
