In the past, I was asked many times to create a cake recipe that is delicious, low or no sugar, healthy for everyone including diabetic. Here it is, a soft, moist and delicious chiffon cake for you to enjoy. It is absolutely without even a grain sugar, a guilt free recipe.

Prepare time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 33 minutes
Level: low
Serves: 8 servings

Ingredients:

1) 1/3 cup cake & pastry flour (50g), 1/3 tsp baking powder, mix well with a fork;
2) 4 extra large egg whites, 1/2 tsp white vinegar;
3) 4 extra large egg yolks, 3 tbsp avocado oil (40g), 3 tbsp water (45g);
4) 2 shallots (100g), skin removed and chopped, 1 tbsp avocado oil;
5) 4 green onion, only use green top, chopped;
6) ½ Chinese sausage (20g) or ham, finely chopped;
7) ½ tsp salt, 1/3 tsp chicken broth mix.

Bake at 345F 33-34 minutes.
