梅花冬瓜脯

用料:
1:冬瓜600克,去皮洗净备用。
2:干贝5粒,水中泡软。
3:水1/2杯,盐1/3茶匙,鸡精1/4茶匙,白胡椒少许。
4:生粉1茶匙加水2大匙拌匀,香油2茶匙,葱花1茶匙。
做法:
冬瓜先切0.5厘米厚片,然后用梅花型模具切出梅花片,中间用更小的模具挖空。将泡软的干贝酿到中间的孔中,摆盘上,入笼大火蒸10分钟。小锅放入3料和蒸出的冬瓜汁,置炉上开大火煮滚,下4料拌匀煮成芡汁淋到蒸好的梅花冬瓜脯即可。
