【Pan fried salt and pepper chicken wings】
by MaomaoMom
Chicken wing is one of my favorite foods. I remember during my childhood when meat was scarce, when my grandma and my mom cooked chicken they always saved the chicken wings for me. This is a very simple but tender and tasty wings, you can try it at your kitchen.
Prepare time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Stand time: 24 hours
Level: Low
Serves: 6 servings
Ingredients:
1) 18 chicken wing mid-sections;
2) 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp Ground Sichuan pepper ( if you don’t have this, five spice powder can be used instead.).
Directions:
1: Rinse chicken wings under water and pat dry. Place chicken wings in a container. Mix all ingredients of Ingredient 2) well in a bowl (Picture 2). Add the salt and Sichuan pepper mixture over the chicken wings (Picture 3). Mix well (Picture 4), cover with the lid and marinate for 24 hours in the fridge.
2: Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry (Picture 5).
3: A non-stick pan on medium-high heat, arrange the wings in pan (Picture 6). Non-stick pan prevents the wings sticking to the surface, no cooking oil is need for cooking. Cook for 3-4 minutes until brown.
4: Turn over the wings and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the wings are just cooked. Transfer cooked chicken wings into a serving plate.
An interesting discussion is definitely worth comment.
I do believe that you need to write more about this subject matter, it may not be
a taboo subject but usually folks don’t talk about these subjects.
