沙茶鸡翼

165 沙茶鸡翼 

用料:
1:鸡翅中段和上段翅700克,洗净沥水。

2:绍酒1大匙,水1杯,生抽酱油1大匙,老抽2大匙,糖1大匙。

3:橄榄油2大匙,葱1根洗净切段,姜片3片,八角1粒,丁香1粒。

4:牛头牌沙茶酱1大匙。

 

做法:

不沾锅,置炉上开大火,加2大匙橄榄油,放入葱段,姜片,八角和丁香炒香,然后下鸡翅炒至焦香。喷入1大匙绍酒,然后依次放入剩余的2料煮滚,调中小火,加盖焖煮35分钟(图D)。

调大中火稍微收汁,放入沙茶酱兜匀即可。
