131 洋葱炒牛柳

 

 

用料:

1牛里脊肉Eye round),400克,洗净沿纹路切丝备用。

2:小苏打1/3茶匙,水2匙。

3万字牌生抽酱油1大匙生粉1白胡椒粉1/8茶,1大匙

4万字牌生抽酱油1大匙李锦记旧庄特级蚝油1.5大匙,糖1/2茶匙1/3茶匙

5:菜2大匙。

62条洗净切段,红洋葱半个120克,洗净切丝。

7:小红辣椒2个,洗净。

做法:

牛肉丝拌上2料腌发30分钟,然后用水冲洗,沥水后加3料拌匀。炒锅(最好用不粘的)置炉上开大中火,内放菜2大匙,将浆好的牛肉丝放入划散炒至八成熟捞出。原锅留油置炉上开大中火炒香葱段和洋葱丝,加入所有4料拌炒半分钟后,放入炒好的牛肉丝,翻炒均匀,放下红辣椒炒至牛肉丝熟即起锅装盘。

还真好吃。
