淮山炒虾仁

1163 淮山炒虾仁

用料:
1:冰冻带壳大虾10只,去肠洗净沥水,加盐1/4茶匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙,1茶匙生粉,香油1茶匙,拌匀腌20分钟备用。

2:淮山500克,去皮洗净,切小条。

3:橄榄油2大匙,姜片3片,葱段3段,蒜片2茶匙。

4:绍酒1大匙,水1大匙,盐1/2茶匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙。

5:生粉1茶匙加2大水拌匀,葱花1茶匙。

做法:

不沾锅放油2大匙,置炉上开大中火,放入姜片和葱段炒香,捞出弃去不用,放入蒜片和虾仁翻炒几下,接着放入淮山条,翻炒20秒,依次加入调味4料,兜炒均匀,淋下5料的生粉炒匀,撒上葱花出锅。

淮山对人有好处,可以多吃点。
