【Braised Pig Feet and Peanuts】

Ingredients:
1) 3 pig’s feet 1350g, cut into small pieces and rinsed;
2) 1.5 cups dried peanuts;
3) 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 green onion cut to 2-inch in length, 10g fresh ginger sliced;
4) 2 tbsp Italy balsamic vinegar, 1.5 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1tbsp premium soy sauce, ¾ tsp salt, ½ cup water.
Directions:
1: Ahead of time soak peanuts in cold water for 2 hours and drain. Place the diced pig’s feet inside InstantPot pressure cooker, and fill with boiling water. Press “Sauté” function on “High”, boil for 2 minutes, drain and rinse off.
2: Select “Sauté” function “High”, add 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté green onion and ginger, for 1 minute. Then add pig’s feet and sauté for 1-2 minutes (Picture 1).
3: Add all ingredients of Ingredient 4) and mix well (Picture 2). Add peanuts and mix well (Picture 3), cover the lid and place the pressure valve to “Seal” position. Press “Manual” button and set 33 minutes of cooking time (Picture 4).
4: When the program ends, wait another 5 minutes. Slowly release the pressure then open the lid and gentle mix (Picture 5). Press “Sauté” function on “High” until the sauce is reduced (Picture 6).
5: Place the braised pig’s feet and peanuts into to a serving bowl, serve warm with rice. Yummy!!
The crux of your writing whilst appearing agreeable in the beginning, did not really settle properly with me after some time. Someplace throughout the sentences you managed to make me a believer unfortunately only for a very short while. I nevertheless have got a problem with your leaps in logic and one would do well to help fill in those breaks. If you can accomplish that, I would certainly be impressed.
