Since I have this RoPot automatic cooker , I have been enjoying cooking effortless, I really like this cooker. Cook time: 7 minutes

Serves: 6 servings

Ingredients:

1) 1.5 cup raw peanuts;
2) 1 tsp Avocado oil or other cooking oil;
3) ½ tsp salt.

Directions:

1: Power up the RoPot cooker, press Power button. Add 1 tsp Avocado oil and add 1.5 cups peanuts (Picture 1) to the inner pot (Picture 2) . Close the cover, press Function to select Manual and increase time to 7 minutes by press the + sign, then press the Stir button.

2: The program starts (Picture 3) and you can see the stir bar moves constantly (Picture 4).
3: When program finishes, open the lid from side and add ½ tsp salt. Close the cover and press the Toss button (Picture 5).
4: After 15 seconds tossing, it is ready, open the lid (Picture 6), take out the inner pot and transfer roasted peanuts to a serving plate. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
