【AirGo- Air Fried sea bass】

Sea bass fish is my family favorite fish, very happy to see Costco carries it. AirGo’s Air Fryer function is so nice, not only I can cook all three fishes at once, and cooking is fumeless and easy. To purchase go to: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.
Prepare time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 24 minutes

Serves: 8 servings
Ingredients:
1) One package sea bass fishes (2500g);
2) 1 tbsp freshly minced garlic, 3 tbsp light soy sauce, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp ground thirteen spice, 1 tsp sesame oil;
3: ¾ cup all-purpose flour;
4) 2 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil;
5) 1 large piece parchment paper.
Directions:
1: Day ahead, clean fish (Picture 1), remove head, and cut fish into 3 cm thick pieces. Put all fish pieces into a Zip-Lock bag, add in all ingredients of Ingredient 2). Seal the bag and shake well (Picture 2) and store in a fridge overnight. Next morning turn over the bag.
2: Cooking day, drain marinate sauce, add ¾-1 C flour (Picture 3), seal the bag and shake well to coat fish with flour. Shake off excess flour and put fish pieces on the parchment paper (Picture 4).
3: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 24 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat, open the lid, put the fish pieces along with parchment paper inside, careful not to burn your hand. Pour 2 tbsp oil over the fish evenly, then close the lid (Picture 5) and let the program continue.
4: After cooking for 10-12 minutes, open the lid and quickly turn over the fish pieces (Picture 6), close the lid. After cooking 3-4 minutes, repeat to fry the remaining two sides.
5: When the program ends, open the lid, transfer cooked fish to a serving plate and serve warm.
