Simple and delicious one pot [Chinese sticky rice]

Ingredients:
1) 1 tbsp dried shrimps, 3 tbsp dried scallops, 2 lean Chinese sausages;
2) 4 dried Chinese mushrooms;
3) 1 cup long grain rice, 1.5 cups sweet rice, 2.5 cups cold water;
4) 1 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil, 1.5 tbsp freshly chopped green onion;
5) 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce;
6) 1 tbsp fresh chopped green onion;
Directions:
1: Ahead of time, soak dried shrimps, scallops and mushrooms in cold water until soft (Picture 1), drain and set aside. Cut the sausages and mushrooms into thin slices. Rinse rice under cold water then drain it.
2: Add 1 tbsp avocado oil into InstantPot pressure cooker. Press “Sauté” then “Adjust” button to set temperature to “More”, and sauté chopped green onion for a minute. Add sausages, mushrooms, shrimps and scallops, stir and cook for a minute.
3: Add both rice, combine well. Then add 2.5 cups water and all ingredients of Ingredient 5), mix. Cover the lid and place the pressure valve in the “Seal” position. Press “Rice” to start the program.
4: When the InstantPot program is done, wait another 5 minutes. Slowly release the pressure then open the lid. Add 1 tbsp chopped green onion and mix well before serving.
毛毛妈,家里孩子小,怕糯米不好笑话。问下这个饭可以把糯米(360毫升),大米(180毫升)的量调换或者更少只放半杯+2。5杯大米么?那么水量呢还是放在3么
可以试试。大米多水要米:水=1:1.5.
昨天试过了(那时候还没看到你回复) 味道挺香,可是觉得有些油腻,也可能是糯米的关系,不过我只放了半杯。
下次我试试直接把料加进去,放少少的油跟米一起煮,不炒会怎么样

感谢毛毛妈的电高压锅菜谱,我每次试都很好吃。但是这个干贝油饭我有个问题:我用的是cuisine art的电高压锅,比例按照菜谱一步一步做到最后,但是cuisine的锅只能自己定时,我定了10分钟,但是水很快就没了,然后就不上气了,锅就自动关了。锅里的米处于部分吸水状态,我就继续加水,加非常多才能让锅上压。。目前还不知道结果如何。是不是别的电高压锅就不行呢?
别的电高压锅有煮饭功能也行啊。这个油饭也是我们家和朋友们喜欢的。
