【Steamed rice cake】

This is a Chinese dessert made with rice, very light, soft and moisture. .
Cook time: 15 minutes
Standard time: 3 hours
Level: low
Serves: 7 servings
Ingredients:
1) Long rice 1 cup (215g), 1 cup cold water (240g);
2) 1 cup steamed rice (185g), ¾ cup cold water (180g);
3) 1/3 cup sugar (70g), 1 tsp baking powder;
4) 1 tsp Fast Rising Yeast , 1 tbsp warm water;
5) 14 raisin.
Directions:
1: Soak rice in cold water for 3 hours (Picture 1), drain and put rice into a blender along with 1 cup cold water, blend until smooth (Picture 2). Pour into a mixing bowl Repeat for the steamed rice (Picture 3) and ¾ cup water, pour into the mixing bowl.
2: Add 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tsp baking powder into the rice smoothie (Picture 4), dissolve yeast in 1 tbsp warm water (Picture 5), and then add yeast to the rice smoothie (Picture 6). Mix well (Picture 7) and cover the bowl with a food wrap and place in a warm place for 1-2 hours until volume almost double (Picture 8).
3: Brush the silicon cups and fill with rice batter and place one raisin on top and place them inside steamer rack (Picture 9).
4: When water is boiling, steam them for 12 minutes (Picture 10), serve warm or cold.
