【Rice crispy】

A wonderful treat for kids! You can make them with your kids during the holiday season for fun together.
Prepare time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Level: low
Serves: 30 servings
Ingredients:
1: ¼ cup butter;
2: 5 cups mini marshmallows;
3: 1 tsp vanilla extract;
4: 6 cups Kellogg Rice Krispies cereal;
5: 1/3 cup dried cranberries;
6: ¼ cup white sesame seeds.
Directions:
1: Spray lightly with pam on a 22×32 cm baking pan, set aside. Roast sesame seeds in a small pan over low heat until golden brown (Picture 1), set aside.
2: In a large non-stick sauce pot over low heat, melt butter and marshmallows (Picture 2), stir constantly. When marshmallows completely melted (Picture 3), remove from heat. Add vanilla extract and stir to mix.
3: Add cereal, dried cranberries and roasted sesame seeds (Picture 4), stir to just coated in melted marshmallow (Picture 5).
4: Pour the mixture into the baking pan, cover with a piece of plastic wrap or wax paper, press evenly (Picture 6). Let it stand for 30 minutes.
5: Loose up the sides and remove it onto a cutting board and cut into rectangles or squares.
