紫菜鱼柳

用料:
1:冰冻龙利或金狮斑球鱼柳(Sole fillet or Basa fillet)250克,洗净切1厘米宽4厘米长的条。
2:盐1/3茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶,生粉2茶匙,蛋清1大匙。
3:鸡蛋一只,剩下的加1大匙水打散备用。
4:即食紫菜片5小包。
4:面包糠(Bread crumbs)适量。
5:菜油1.5杯。
做法:
鱼条加上2料拌匀腌30分钟。小锅内放菜油。1.5杯置炉上,开大中火。取一片紫菜片,放上一条腌好的鱼条,卷起来,未短用蛋汁粘住。将紫菜鱼柳坯放蛋汁里沾一下,再沾上一层面包糠,放入热油里炸成金黄色捞出沥油。乘热吃。外香酥里嫩,非常棒。
