【肉糜豆腐羹】

1185 肉糜豆腐羹

用料:
1:嫩豆腐200克,冲洗一下切小丁;
2:精瘦猪肉馅100克(Costco买的extra lean ground pork),加盐1/4茶匙,生抽酱油1茶匙,香油1茶匙,生粉2茶匙,水1大匙,拌匀腌20分钟;
3:水4杯,盐1茶匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙,鸡粉1/2茶匙;
4:生粉3大匙,水2大匙拌匀;
5:香油2茶匙,葱花1大匙,香菜1棵洗净切小粒。

 

做法:
汤锅内放所有3料置炉上开大火煮至滚,接着放入1料豆腐丁。
再煮滚后加入腌好的2料肉馅,用勺子压碎拌匀。
调中火,放下4料拌匀煮滚后离火,淋下香油,撒上葱花和香菜末拌匀即成。
