芽菜炒豆干

在华人超市看到有四川宜宾芽菜卖,买了两包,味道还挺好,脆脆的。今天作了芽菜炒豆干,下饭好吃。
用料:
1:四川宜宾芽菜半包115克。
2:五香豆干半包150克,洗净备用。
3:猪里脊肉50克,洗净切丝加盐1/8茶匙,生粉1大匙,水2茶匙, 抓捏均匀静置20分钟。
4:橄榄油1.5大匙,1小红辣椒切丝,葱花1大匙,姜丝1茶匙,绍酒1茶匙,水3大匙,糖1/2茶匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙。
5:香油1茶匙。
做法:
豆干切丝,不粘锅置炉上开大中火,放入2料里的橄榄油和葱花,姜丝,辣椒切丝炒香(图A),放入豆干丝翻炒(图B)至干丝外皮有些焦香。
接着放入芽菜及剩余4料(图C)炒1-2分钟分钟。放入肉丝(图D)炒至肉丝变色刚熟。下5料香油都匀出锅(图E)。
