萝卜丝拌海蜇

用料:

1:白萝卜750克,洗净去皮切丝备用

2万字牌生抽酱油3大匙。

3:海蜇丝一带300克,按说明洗净,开水烫后,冷水发开后,沥干水备用。
43大匙,镇江香醋2大匙,万字牌生抽酱油2大匙,盐1/3茶匙,香油1大匙,鸡精1/4 茶匙
5橄榄油1大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,葱花1大匙。

做法:

12料拌匀腌30分钟,挤去水备用。炒锅内放1大匙橄榄油,开大中火炒香蒜蓉和葱花,离火冷凉后,加4料炒拌成汁,淋到腌好的萝卜丝和海蜇丝上拌匀即可
