1151 葱椒爆里脊

用料:
1:里脊肉200克,洗净切片,加盐1/4茶匙,生粉1大匙,老抽酱油2茶匙,水2大匙,拌匀用手挤捏半分钟,腌20分钟。

2:大个红洋葱半个,柿子椒半个,葱2根。

3:橄榄油2大匙,生抽酱油1大匙,糖1/2茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙。

做法:

里脊肉片如是能冰箱里过夜,肉会更嫩。所有2料(图A)洗净后,洋葱和柿子椒切丝,葱切段(图B)。

不沾锅
放橄榄油2大匙,置炉上开大中火,放入肉片(图C)翻炒至8成熟捞出。原锅留油,开大中火,放入洋葱,柿子椒和葱段(图D),炒出香味,接着放入剩余3料及炒好的肉片(图E),翻炒均匀,即可出锅。
