Ingredients:

1) 1.5 cup unsifted all purpose flour (240g), 1 cup whole wheat flour (160g), 1.5 tsp baking powder;
2) 1 cup+2.5 tbsp warm water (280g), 1/4 tsp sugar, 1.5tsp fast rising yeast, mix well and let the mixture stand for 5 min.;
3) 2 tsp corn oil or avocado oil;
4) 1.5 tbsp sesame oil, 1.25 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp chicken broth mix, ¼ tsp thirteen ground spice (optional);
5) 3 green onions, roots removed, rinsed and finally chopped;
6) 2 tbsp sesame seeds;
7) 2 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil.

Directions:
1: Combine all ingredients of Ingredient 1) in a medium bowl and mix well (Picture 1), pour yeast mixture into flour mixture, combine to form a dough. The dough can be sticky at the moment. Add 2 tsp corn oil (Picture 2) and knead for 1-2 min. to form a smooth dough (Picture 3). Cover with a damp cloth and set aside in a warm place until it doubles in volume.
2: When the dough has risen, place it on a floured surface and knead gently a few times. Roll the dough into a smooth and round ball. Press down and roll out into a flatter circle about 30-cm in diameter. Drizzle 1.5 tbsp sesame oil and brush evenly. Scatter 1.25 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp chicken broth mix, ¼ tsp thirteen ground spice and fold the flatter dough a few times to coat evenly (Picture 4).

3: Scatter chopped green onion on top (Picture 5). Roll it up to form a log. Roll both ends to the center in opposite direction to form 8 shape (Picture 6), and then fold ½ to form a disc (Picture 7). Press down and sprinkle with 2 tbsp sesame seeds then roll out into a 26-cm circle (Picture 8). Brush the Pan of the 【AirGo】cooker with 2 tbsp oil (Picture 8) and place the flatbread inside (Picture 10) and then close the lid let the bread rise.
4: When the flatbread has doubled in volume (Picture 11), plugin the 【AirGo】cooker and turn on the power. Use “Function” to select the “Crepe/Nann” program, and then press start.

5: After cooking for 8-9 minutes or until hear flip beeping reminder sound, open the lid, turn over the flatbread (Picture 12), close the lid and let the program continue.
6: When it is done, take out flatbread, cut and serve warm.
