葱油黄豆芽

用料:
1：黄豆芽500克，洗净备用。
2：盐1/2茶匙，鸡精1/3 茶匙，糖1茶匙，镇江香醋2茶匙，老干妈辣椒酱１茶匙，香油1茶匙。
3：橄榄油2茶匙，葱花2茶匙。
做法：
小锅里烧开水，放1料煮20分钟后，淋凉水沥水备用。炒锅置炉上开中火，内放2茶匙橄榄油，放入葱花炒香后，离火。加2料和煮好的黄豆芽，拌匀即可食用。
