【Pork and green onion stir fry】

For this simple and delicious dish, you should use a bit hot green pepper. This is a simple, quick and delious dish.
Prepare time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Level: Low
Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) Pork loin 380g;
2) 1 tsp light soy sauce; 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1tsp premium soy sauce, 2 tbsp cold water, 1 tbsp corn starch;
3) 2 green onion;
4) 1.5 tbsp olive oil, 2-3 slices fresh ginger;
5) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1/8 tsp white ground pepper, ½ tsp sugar, 1.5 tbsp premium oyster sauce ;
6) 1 tsp sesame oil .
Directions:
1: Cut pork loin into thin (about 1 mm) slices (Picture 1). Add all ingredients of Ingredient 2) (Picture 2) and massage the meat with your fingers for 5 minutes, set aside. It tastes tender if the pork meat is marinated overnight in fridge. Remove roots of the green onion, rinse with water and then cut into thin slices (Picture 3).
2: Heat 1.5 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick sauté pan over high heat, add sliced ginger and sliced meat, stir and cook for 60 seconds (Picture 4).
3: Add sliced green onion, stir and cook for a minute (Picture 7), add all ingredients of Ingredient 5), stir to mix until green onion just cooked.
4: Add 1 tsp sesame oil , stir to mix. Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
