【Bean curd garlic shoot stir fry】

Ingredients:
1) 1 pkg five spice bean curd (350g);
2) 1 bunch garlic shoot (185g);
3) 1.5 tbspavocado oil or olive oil, 1 tbsp finely chopped green onion, 2 tsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp fermented black bean;
4) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix;
5) 1/2 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Rinse garlic shoot with water and drain, then cut into 0.5 cm long pieces (Picture 1), rinse bean curd with water and then cut into 0.5 cm cubes (Picture 2), set aside.
2: Plug in the Ropot cooker, press Power button to preheat the cooker. Add 1.5 tbsp oil to the inner pot. Add chopped green onion, minced garlic, fermented black bean (Picture 3) and bean curd cubes (Picture 4), close the lid. Press Function to select Sauté, program starts automatically. During the cooking, open the lid from side, add 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce and ¼ tsp chicken broth mix, and then close lid and let the program continue.
3: When the program ends, open the lid (Picture 5), add chopped garlic shoot (Picture 6), close the lid. Press Function to select Sauté again, program starts automatically. When only 30 seconds left, open the lid from the side and add ½ tsp sesame oil, then close lid and let the program continue.
4: When it is done, transfer cooked bean curd and garlic shoot to a serving plate and serve immediately with some steamed rice.
