Ingredients:
1) 1 Luffa (410g);
2) 12 dried Goji Berries
3) 1.5 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp minced garlic, ¼ tsp salt, 4 tbsp water;
4) 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster sauce, 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix.
Directions:
1: If you use dried Goji Berries, soak in cold water for about 10 minutes and drain (Picture 1). Peel off Luffa skin and rinse. Cut into 1 inch small pieces (Picture 2).
2: In a non-stick sauté pan, add 1.5 tbsp olive oil, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds (Picture 3). Add Luffa pieces, stir and cook for a minute (Picture 4).

3: Add ¼ salt, 4 tbsp work and all ingredients of Ingredient 4), cook and stir until Luffa become soft (Picture 5).
4: Add soaked Goji berries, stir to mix and cook for 30 seconds, transfer to a serving plate before serving.
