蒜香葱油芦笋

用料:

1:芦笋400克,去老根洗净备用
2万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,金兰酱油膏1.5大匙,鸡精1/4茶匙(可以不用)。
3:橄榄油1大匙,葱花1大匙,蒜末1茶匙。

做法:

炒锅内放大半锅水和橄榄油1大匙置炉上,开大火煮滚,下芦笋烫熟捞出沥水装盘,用剪刀将芦笋剪两三段。炒锅内放橄榄油1大匙置炉上,开中火放入葱花蒜末炒香后关火,加2拌匀,浇在芦笋上即成。
