虾皮紫菜拌豆腐

我很喜欢这个凉拌菜,清爽美味,还不会长肉肉。

197 虾皮紫菜拌豆腐

用料:

1:包仔嫩豆腐一包400克。

2:寿司紫菜一张(Roasted Seaweed),剪小碎条备用。

3:橄榄油2茶匙,虾皮1大匙,新鲜蒜蓉1大匙,小辣椒一个(可以不用,爱吃辣的放)去仔切丁。

4:葱花2茶匙,水1大匙,盐1/4茶匙,糖1/4茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,香油2茶匙。

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:

包仔豆腐(图A)用水冲干净,切片(图B),微波炉里叮一分钟。紫菜丝放豆腐片上面(图D)。

269 虾皮紫菜拌豆腐
小号不沾锅
,加橄榄油2茶匙,置炉上开大火,放入虾皮和蒜蓉(及辣椒丁)炒香(图D),关火后接着放入剩余4料拌匀(图E)成汁,然后浇到豆腐紫菜上,吃的时候拌匀即可。
