【Stir fried rice】

Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1.5 cups rice, 1.5 cup cold water;
2) 2 large eggs, ¼ tsp salt, 1/8 tsp ground white pepper, 2 tsp premium soy sauce;
3) 2 tbsp Avocado oil or olive oil,
4) 2 tbsp freshly chopped green onion;
5) 3/4 tsp salt, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix, 1/6 tsp ground white pepper;
6) 1 tbsp premium oyster sauce;
7) 1 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Rinse rice with cold water (Picture 1) and drain. Pour rice inside the InstantPot pressure cooker, then add 1.5 cups cold water (Picture 2). Press “Rice” to start the program (Picture 3).
2: When the Rice program is done, wait another 5 minutes. Slowly release the pressure then open the lid (Picture 4). Use a spatula to loose the cooked rice and set aside.
3: Beat eggs with the rest of ingredients of Ingredient 2). Power up the Ropot cooker and press Power button to preheat. Add 1 tbsp oil and then pour beaten eggs to the pot (Picture 5), close the lid, press Function to select Saute function, after 3 seconds the program starts, then press – sign to decrease time by 1.5 minutes. When program finishes, open the lid (Picture 6) and transfer the cooked eggs to a plate, set aside.
4: Add 1 tbsp oil and chopped green onions to the pot (Picture 7), press Function to select Saute function again, after 3 seconds, the program starts, then press – sign to decrease time by 1.5 minutes.
5: When the program ends, open the lid (Picture 8) and add rice, and all ingredients of Ingredient 5-6) (Picture 9), press Function to select Manual, close the lid (Picture 10) after 3 seconds the program starts, press Stir. When only 1 minute left, press Stir to stop stir. Open the lid and add cooked egg quickly (Picture 110) and then close the lid, press the Stir to continue.
6: When the program ends, open the lid (Picture 12) remove the pot and transfer cooked rice to a serving plate to serve.
