蟹味很浓,虾仁嫩滑,很好吃

蟹味蛋炒虾1 蟹味蛋炒虾

用料:

1:白虾545克,去肠去壳洗净沥水,加盐1/3茶匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙,生粉1大匙,香油1茶匙,拌匀腌20分钟备用。

2:鸡蛋3只,姜蓉1大匙,镇江香醋1大匙,盐1/3茶匙,水1大匙。

3:玉米油3大匙。

做法:

先将虾仁拌上剩余的1料腌好(图A),2料放一小盆里(图B),然后搅拌均匀(图C)备用。

不沾锅
放玉米油3大匙,置炉上开大中火,放入将腌好的虾仁(图D),炒至八成熟,放入蛋汁(图E),轻轻翻炒至蛋汁凝固,虾断生(图F)即可。
