【Vermicelli and shrimp stir fry in chilly bean paste sauce】

Ingredients:
1) 1 package large size shrimp (400g);
2) 50g mung bean vermicelli;
3) 1.5 tbsp avocado or olive or other cooking oil, 2 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tbsp freshly minced garlic, 1 tbsp sweet flour paste, 1 tbsp chill bean paste;
4) ¼ tsp salt, 3tbsp water;
5) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce;
6) ½ tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Soak mung bean vermicelli in boiling water for a few minutes, drain and set aside. Soak frozen shrimps in cold water to defrost (Picture 1), cut off legs of shrimp with a scissor and cut open the back of the shrimp and remove the vein, rinse and set aside.
2: Power up the Ropot cooker. Add 1.5 tbsp Avocado oil and all the rest ingredients of Ingredient 3) (Picture 2). Close the lid, press Function to select Sauté function. After 3 seconds the program starts, press – to decrease time to 1.5 minutes.
3: When program ends, open the lid (Picture 3) and add soaked vermicelli and all ingredients of Ingredient 4). Close the lid, press Function to select Sauté function. After 3 seconds the program starts, press + sign to increase time to 5 minutes.
4: When program ends, open the lid; add shrimps and all ingredients of Ingredient 5) (Picture 4). Press Function to select Sauté again.
5. When program ends, open the lid, add ½ tsp sesame oil and press “Toss” to mix then transfer to a serving dish and serve with some steamed rice.
