【Bitter melon and Pork stir fry】

Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 slice of pork centre loin 120g, 1/2 tsp corn starch, 1/4 tsp salt, 1.5 tsp cold water
2) 2 bitter melon 400g;
3) 2 tbsp avocado oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tbsp miced garlic, 1 tbsp chill bean paste, 1tbsp sweet flour paste;
4) 1tbsp premium soy sauce, 1/4 tbsp brown sugar;
5) 1/2 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Remove white membrane on pork loin, rinse with water and cut into 0.5 cm cubes. Add all the rest ingredients of Ingredient 1) and massage the meat with your fingers for 2-3 minutes, set aside (Picture 1). Peel off bitter melon skin, cut the melons lengthwise in half and scoop out both the seeds and any pith (Picture 2). Cut into 4 mm strips (Picture 3), set aside.
2: Plug in the Ropot cooker, press Power button to preheat the cooker.
3: Add 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp chill bean paste and pork cubes (Picture 4). Close the lid, press Function to select Stirfry function, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign and decrease time by 1 minute, program starts. When the program ends, open the lid from side and transfer cooked pork to a plate.
4: Add 1 tbsp oil to the pot, add chopped green onion, minced garlic, chill bean paste and sweet flour paste (Picture 5) to the pot. Add sliced bitter melon (Picture 6). Close the lid, press Function to select Stirfry function, program starts.
5: When the program ends, open the lid (Picture 7), add cooked pork cubes and the Ingredient 5), close the lid. Press “Toss” key, program starts.
6: When the program finishes, transfer to a serving plate and serve with some steamed rice.
