这款菜清爽健康又美味,值得一试。

1165 酿黄瓜

用料:

1:大虾150克,去壳洗净沥水,斩成蓉。

2:鸡胸肉100克,洗净沥水,斩成蓉。

3:葱花1大匙,姜末1茶匙,盐1/3茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,生粉2茶匙,蛋清半个,绍酒1茶匙,生抽酱油1茶匙。

4:黄瓜1大条。

5:生抽酱油1大匙,糖1茶匙,水3/4杯,蚝油1大匙,盐1/4茶匙。

6:生粉1茶匙加水2大匙拌匀,香油1茶匙。

做法:

将所有的1,2,和3料放到一小碗里搅拌均匀成馅(图B)。将黄瓜间隔去皮,切1.3厘米厚片,用小刀挖去中间的瓜心及稍许瓜肉(C)。将虾肉馅均匀的酿到挖掉中间的黄瓜块上(图D),放入不沾锅里(图E)。锅置炉上开大火,放入酿好的黄瓜,放入所有5料煮滚,调中火盖盖煮3-4分钟,开盖收收汁,下6料煮滚即可(图F)。
