Ingredients:

1) Pea tips (600g);
2) 1 packages Enoki (200g)
3) 1sesame oil, 2/3 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/8 tsp white ground pepper, 2 tsp balsamic vinegar or dark vinegar;
4) 1 tbsp soy sauce paste
5) 1 tbsp olive oil or Avocado oil, 2 tsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tbsp freshly minced garlic;
6) 1 tbsp sesame seeds.

Directions:

1: Wash pea tips with cold water (Picture 1) and drain. Cut off the roots of Enoki mushrooms, rinse with cold water and drain.
2: In a sauce pot, fill with 4-5 cold water and bring to boil on high heat. Add pea tips (Picture 2) and cook for 1 minute, rinse with cold water and drain. Also cook Enoki 5 seconds (Picture 3) in boiling water, rinse with cold water and drain well, set aside.

3: Remove excess water of cook pea tips, cut into small pieces. Place them with cooked Enoki in a clean bowl (Picture 4), add all ingredients of Ingredient 3-4) (Picture 5), mix well.
4: A non-stick sauté pan on high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil, and sauté the remaining Ingredient 5) for a minute (Picture 6). Remove from heat and transfer to the pea tips and enoki bowl. Same pan on low heat and roast sesame seeds until seeds golden, pour into the bowl.
5: toss to coat well and serve
