做法：
拌上调味的鱼片如是能保湿放冰箱里过夜（图A），鱼肉会更嫩滑。不沾锅放橄榄油2大匙，置炉上开大中火，放入鱼片（图B）划熟捞出（图C）
原锅里再加油1大匙，炒香豆豉和蒜茸（图D），放入青蒜丝翻炒几下（图E），接着倒入炒好的鱼片，喷入绍酒及放入剩余3料，兜炒均匀（图F），即可出锅食用。
