Ingredients:
1) 2 slices of whole-wheat bread;
2) 2 large eggs;
3) 4 tsp avocado oil or other cooking oil;
4) 2×1/8 tsp salt, 2×1/8 tsp ground black pepper.
Directions:
1. Cut center off the bread (Picture 1) using 8 cm cookie cutter, set aside (Picture 2).
2: Power up the Ropot cooker. Place one slice of center removed bread in the center and the center piece on the side. Add 2 tsp Avocado oil and one egg in the center hole (Picture 3). Close the lid, press Function to select Panfry function. After 3 seconds the program starts, press – to decrease time to 2 minutes.
3: When program ends, open the lid; turn over the bread with egg (Picture 4). Close the lid, press Function to select Panfry function. After 3 seconds the program starts, press – to decrease time to 1 minute.
4: When program ends, open the lid, transfer cooked bread and egg to a serving plate, and scatter evenly with 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp ground black pepper before serving.
