魔芋小母鸡汤

这两天细雨有点冷,去Farm Boy买菜看到那儿的小母鸡便宜,买了个回来煲汤喝。

1179 魔芋小母鸡汤

用料:
1:小母鸡(Cornish hen)1只,大约1000克。

2:葱2条切段,姜片3片,水16杯。

3:干黑木耳几粒水泡开洗净。

4:魔芋丝1盒,沥水备用。

5:小青菜4颗,洗净沥水。

6:枸杞1茶匙,盐3/4茶匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙,葱花1茶匙。

做法:

小母鸡洗净去掉多余油脂,放入大锅里注入水加葱段和姜片,置炉上开大火,煮滚。调小火焖煮2小时。这锅汤可以分几次吃,剩余冷凉放冰箱。中号锅加入4杯鸡汤及1/4鸡,放入黑木耳和魔芋丝,大火煮滚,小火煮15分钟。然后放入小青菜,枸杞及剩余6料,开盖煮2分钟即可。
