【Salmon in Hot Garlic Sauce Stir Fry】

Ingredients:
1) 500g skinless salmon fillet center cut, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp ground white pepper, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp corn starch;
2) 1 tbsp avocado oil, 1 tbspchili oil;
3) 1.5 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tbsp miced garlic, 1 tbsp freshly minced ginger, 1 tbsp Sichuan pickled chili chopped;
4) Sauce: 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tsp premium soy sauce, 2 tsp light soy sauce, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix , 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp corn starch, 1.5 tbsp water.
Directions:
1: Prepare all green onion, ginger and garlic first (Picture 1). Rinse salmon with cold water and pat dry with paper towel, dice into 1 cm cubes. Add all the rest ingredients of Ingredient 1) (Picture 2) and mix well, set aside. Place all ingredients of Ingredient 4) in a bowl, mix well and set aside (Picture 3), set aside.
2: Plug in the Ropot cooker, press Power button to preheat the cooker.
3: Add 1 tbsp avocado oil, 1 tbspchili oil, then add all ingredients of Ingredient 3) (Picture 4). Close the lid, press Function to select Stirfry function, when 3 seconds count down finishes, press – sign and decrease time to 1 minute, program starts.
4: When the program ends, open the lid from side, added diced salmon (Picture 6). Close the lid, press Function to select Stirfry function, program starts.
5: When only 1 minute left, open the lid, add the sauce (Picture 7), close the lid, let the program continue.
6: When the program finishes, transfer to a serving plate and serve with some steamed rice.
