鲜美养生【虫草排骨鸡汤】

这边的小母鸡（Cornish Hen）煮出的鸡汤，还是很鲜美的。这次放了几根冬虫夏草，还有黑木耳，补补啊。真是爱S这个 快煲电压力锅，真是方便好用！煮好香喷喷的一锅汤，锅盖还很干净。
用料:
1：排骨（Baby ribs）500克；
2：小母鸡一只750克；
3：干黑木耳一把，用水泡软，洗净备用；冬虫夏草5条；
4：生姜2-3片，葱条洗净切段；
5：盐2 1/2茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、排骨切开洗净，入大号锅，飞水洗净备用。小母鸡去掉多余脂肪洗净备用。
2、将所有1-4料放入 快煲电压力锅内锅里，加水到10杯线。加盖选汤档（Soup），选正常时间45分钟，启动程序。
3、快煲电压力锅完成程序后，等15分钟，放气减压打开盖（图3），放上盐调味就可以了。
