盆和打蛋器一定要干燥,无水无油。等蛋白打的比较发了,再加糖。
您说的我都做了,不知道是不是加糖的时候,手法不对,我又仔细看了视频,您的糖是撒进去的,我是倒进去的,下次再试试,还有就是分蛋的时候,一个蛋黄溜了就去,我捞出来的时候,她还留下点痕迹,搞不好也有影响。今天的虽然消泡了,但是蛋糕的味道还是很好吃的。谢谢毛毛妈
