【AirGo- Grilled scallops in oyster and soy sauce】

Ingredients:
1) 1 bag frozen scallops (454g);
2) 1 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil;
3) 2 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp ground black pepper;
Sauce:
4) 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce paste, 1 tbsp boiled water;

5) Parchment paper.
Directions:
1: Place frozen scallops in cold water to thaw, rinse and drain well (Picture 1).
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Grill” program, set temperature to 405F and time to 9 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat is done, quickly line the pan with parchment paper, add 1 tbsp cooking evenly (Picture 2) and place scallops evenly (Picture 3), Close the lid (Picture 4) and let the program continue.
3: Meanwhile prepare oyster sauce: combine oyster sauce, soy sauce paste (Picture 5) and water in a small bowl, mix well (Picture 6). After cooking about 3 minutes left (or when beeping), open the lid, scatter green onion, salt and ground black pepper evenly (Picture 7). Close the lid and let the program to finish.
4: When the program ends, open the lid and brush the scallops with the oyster and soy sauce mixture (Picture 8). Transfer cooked scallops to a serving plate and serve warm.
