【AirGo-airfry Tofu and eggs 】

Simple ingredient, but very delicious, healthy Tofu dish. It is unique to use AirGo’s“Air Fryer” function to make this dish, and Tofu is not watery. To purchase go to: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.

Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 3 pieces tofu 525g;
2) 1.5 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil, 1tbsp chopped green onion;
3) 1/3 tsp salt, 1/6 tsp ground black pepper;
4) 3 large eggs, 3 tbsp chopped green onion, 1/3 tsp salt, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix;
5) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce;
6) 1 tsp sesame oil .

2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 14 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat is done, add 1 tbsp cooking oil, 1tbsp chopped green onion, tofu, 1/6 tsp ground black pepper and 1/3 tsp salt, stir to mix (Picture 3). Close the lid (Picture 6) and let the program continue.
3: After cooking about 5minutes, open the lid, add 1 tbsp premium soy sauce (Picture 4), stir a few times and then close the lid, let the program continue.
4: When only 4-5 min cooking time left (or upon when beeping), open the lid, stir a few time. Then pour beat eggs over tofu (Picture 5), close the lid and let the program to finish.
5: When the program ends, open the lid (Picture 6), add 1 tsp sesame oil and stir to mix. Transfer cooked tofu and egg to a serving plate and serve warm with steamed rice.
