【AirGo- Spicy duck wings】

Serves: 9 servings
Ingredients:
1) 900g duck wings;
2) 1 green onion, 1 small piece ginger (5g);
3) 1 anise star, 2-3 cloves;
4) 1 tbsp light soy sauce , 1 tbsp primium soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce;
5) 1 cup water, 1/2 tsp sugar, 2/3 tsp salt, ½ tsp Chinese thirteen spices powder ;
6) 1 tsp sesame oil.;
7) Grill sauce: 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp red pepper flakes. 2 tsp paprika, ½ tsp ground Sichuan peppercorn, 1.5 tbsp gourmet chicken & rib sauce (picture 6);
8) 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds.
Directions:
1: Wash duck wings and cut each wing between bones to three pieces (Picture 1). Add all ingridents of Ingrident 2-6) to the InstantPot (Picture 3). Add duck wings (Picture 3), then high pressure cook for 8 minutes (Picture 4). When it is done, release the valve and take out cooked duck wings and drain well.
2: Combine all ingredients of Ingredient 7) in a small bowl (Picture 5) and mix well. Please duck wings in a ziplog bag, pour the sauce over (Picture 7). Seal the bag and shake to let the duck wings coat with sauce (Picture 8).
3: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 410F and time to 14 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat is done, line the pot with parchment paper, then arrange the duck wings inside, sprinkle evenly the sesame seeds over (Picture 9). Close the lid and let the program continue.
4: When only 4-5 minute cooking time left (or upon when beeping), open the lid, turn over the wings (Picture 10) then close the lid, let the program to finish.
5: When the program ends, transfer cooked duck wings to a serving plate. You can serve warm or cold.
