Ingredients:
1) 1 package organic peanuts (908g);
2) 1.5 tsp salt;
3) ¾ tsp ground Sichuan peppercorn;
4) ½ tsp five spicy powder;
5) 1/2 tsp chicken broth mix, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp garlic chili sauce;
Directions:
1 Place peanuts in a large bowl (Picture 1), then fill with 5 cups of boiling water to cover peanuts (Picture 2). Soak for 10 seconds then drain well. Sprinkle salt, ground Sichuan peppercorn, five spicy powder and chicken broth mix on top (Picture 4), and toss to coat peanuts evenly (Picture 4).
