Ingredients:

1) 600g Chinese kale;
2) 3 clove garlic;
3) 1.5 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil;
4) 1/6 tsp black ground pepper, 1/2 tsp salt (optional if black bean sauce is salty), 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix, 1 tbsp oyster sauce;
5) 1tsp sesame oil.

Directions:
1: Wash Chinese kale and cut to 2 in pieces (Picture 1). Mince garlic and set aside.
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 415F and time to 8 min. press “start” to initiate the program. Open the lid, add 1.5 tbsp oil and minced garlic, then close the lid.

3: After cooking about 1-2 minutes, open the lid, stir to mix (picture 1). Add Chinese kale (Picture 2), cover with the lid and let the program continue.
4: When only 3 min cooking time left (or upon when beeping), open the lid, add all ingredients of Ingredient 4)(picture 3), stir a few time, close the lid and let the program to finish.
5: When the program ends, open the lid, add 1 tsp sesame oil and stir to mix (picture 4). Transfer cooked kale to a serving plate and serve warm immediately.
