【AirGo-Vinegar Minced Chicken】

Ingredients:
1) 420g organic chicken breast;
2) 5g ginger;
3) 4 extra large eggs:
4) 3/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix ;
5) 1.5 tbsp avocado oil;
6) 2 tsp finely chopped green onion.
Directions:
1: Rinse chicken breast, pat dry and then dice to fine pieces (Picture 2), massage the meat with your hand for 1-2 minutes (Picture 2). Peel off the skin of ginger and then mince it. Place the minced ginger in a large bowl (Picture 3).
2: Add diced chicken breast, eggs (Picture 4) and all ingredients listed under Ingredient 4) in a bowl (Picture 4). Beat well with a fork (Picture 5).
3: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 415F and time to 7 min. press “start” to initiate the program. One preheat is done, open the lid, add 1.5 tbsp oil, and chicken and egg mixture (picture 6), then close the lid.
4: When only 2 min cooking time left (or upon when beeping), open the lid, stir a few time, close the lid and let the program to finish.
5: When the program ends, open the lid, add 2 tsp chopped green onion and stir to mix. Transfer cooked vinegar minced chicken to a serving plate and serve warm with steamed rice.
