MaomaoMom
A healthy and tasty dish. I used AirGo “Air Fryer” function to make this dish, very easy. To purchase go to: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.
Cook time: 7 minutes
Level: low
Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 500g organic chicken breast;
2) 1 shallot (45g), 1 tsp corn starch;
3) 1.5 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil, 1.5 tsp mild curry powder;
4) 1 tbsp chill bean paste, 1tbsp sweet flour paste;
5: 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/6 tsp ground white pepper, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix.
Directions:
1: Rinse chicken breasts with water and drain. Remove white membrane from chicken breast and slice into 1.5mm thick pieces. Massage sliced chicken for 1-2 minutes to tenderize them (Picture1). Add 1 tsp corn starch and ¾ tsp salt, mix well and let it stand for 15 minutes. Remove skin of shallots, rinse with cold water, then chop into small pieces, set aside.
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 415F and time to 7 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat, open the lid, add 1.5 tbsp oil, diced shallots and curry powder (Picture2), stir a few times and then close the lid.
3: After cooking about 1 minute, open the lid, stir to mix (Picture3). Add sliced chicken breasts, stir to mix (Picture 4), cover with the lid and let the program continue (Picture5).
4: When only 2 min cooking time left (or upon when beeping), open the lid, add chicken broth mix, stir a few time, close the lid and let the program to finish.
5: When the program ends, open the lid (picture 6), mix a few times and transfer cooked chicken to a serving plate and serve warm with steamed rice.
