【AirGo- Chicken breast and Stem lettuce stir fry】

You should try this Chicken breast and Stem lettuce stir fry dish, very tasty and the chicken breast is tender. I used AirGo to make this dish, very easy. To purchase go to: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.

Ingredients:
1) 520g organic chicken breasts, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp corn starch;
2) 1 stem lettuce 380g;
3) 1.5 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 2 tsp freshly minced garlic, 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Guizhou style black bean sauce;
4) 1.5 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix, ¼ tsp salt;
5: 1 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Rinse chicken breast with water and drain. Remove white membrane from chicken breast and cut into 1cm cubes (Picture1). Massage the chicken cubes for 1-2 minutes to tenderize them. Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp corn starch, mix well. Peel off the skin of the stem lettuce, rinse and then cut into 3 mm thick pieces (Picture 2).
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 7 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat, open the lid, add 1.5 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped green onion, 2 tsp minced garlic and 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Guizhou style black bean sauce (Picture 3), stir a few times and then close the lid..
3: After cooking about 1 minute, open the lid, Add chicken breast cubes and stem lettuce pieces, (Picture 4), stir to mix, cover with the lid and let the program continue.
4: When only 2 min cooking time left (or upon when beeping), open the lid, add all ingredients of Ingredient 4), mix well (Picture 5). Close the lid and the program finishes. T
5: When the program ends, open the lid, add 1 tsp sesame oil, mix a few times and transfer cooked chicken to a serving plate and serve warm with steamed rice.
