【AirGo- Garlic Salmon Patties】

My girl friend gave me some garlic sprout from her garden. I made this garlic salmon patties, , very tasty and the Pattie is so tender and juicy. I used AirGo to make this dish, very easy. To purchase go to: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.

Serves: 10 patties (5 servings)
Ingredients:
1) 550g skinless salmon fillet, center cut;
2) 8 garlic sprouts (70g);
3) 1 extra large egg, ½ tsp salt, 1/3 tsp chicken broth mix, 1/3 tsp ground Sichuan peppercorn;
4) 2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1.5 tbsp Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce, ;
Others:
5) 1 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil.
Directions:
1: Remove roots of garlic sprouts, rinse (Picture1) and chop finely (Picture 2). Dice salmon fillet finely, massage the meat for a minute to tenderize them (Picture 3). Add all ingredients of Ingredient 1)-4) (Picture 4), stir in one direction for 1-2 minutes with a spoon, until the mixture becomes sticky (Picture 5), set aside.
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 10 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat, open the lid, quickly brush the pan with 1 tbsp oil and spoon in about 3-4 tbsp batter at a time and space out (Picture 6). Close the lid and let the program continue.
3: When only 3-4 min cooking time left (or upon when beeping), open the lid, turn over the patties (Picture 7), close the lid and cook until the program ends.
4: When the program ends, open the lid, take out the salmon patties and transfer them to a serving plate and serve warm.
