【AirGo- AirFry Yellow chive shrimp spring rolls】

This is one of must have dishes for the celebration of Chinese New Year. I used AirGo to make this dish, very easy and fumeless. To purchase go to: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.

Serves: 12 servings (2个)
Ingredients:
1) 270 yellow chive;
2) 454g frozen deveined white shrimp;
3) 2 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp corn starch, 1 tsp sea salt, ¼ tsp ground white pepper, ¼ tsp chicken broth mix (optional);
4) 1/2 package small size spring roll wrappers (25 sheets);
5) 2 tsp all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp water;
6) 2×2 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil.
Directions:
1: Wash yellow chive, drain (Picture 1) and cut to 0.3 cm long pieces (Picture 2). Place shrimps in cold water to thaw, remove shells, rinse with cold water, massage for a minute, and dice (Picture 2). Peel off skin of carrot, rinse, drain well and then dice finely (Picture 3).
2: Combine all ingredients of Ingredient 1)-5) in a container (Picture 4), mix well (Picture 5) and set aside. Combine all ingredients of Ingredient 5) in a small bowl, mix well and set aside (Picture 6).
3: Carefully separate spring roll wrappers. Lay one wrapper on a flat surface. Spoon 4 tsp filling on one corner (Picture 7). Roll up, fold in both sides (Picture 8). Seal the top corner with a dub of flour water mixture and finish into a roll (Picture 9). Repeat with remaining filling and wrappers.
4: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 410F and time to 12 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat, open the lid, and place 12-13 spring rolls. Add 2 tbsp oil evenly (Picture 10), and close the lid and let the program continue.
5: When only 5-6 min cooking time left (or upon when beeping), open the lid, turn over spring rolls), close the lid and let the program to
