【AirGo- Scrambled egg with shrimp】

Serves: 5 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 package 16-20 size frozen deveined shrimps (454g);
2) 1/2 tsp salt, 1/6 tsp ground white pepper, 1 tsp corn starch, ½ tsp sesame oil, ¼ tsp chicken broth mix;
3) 6 extra large eggs (only keep 3 egg yolks), 1/4 tsp salt, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix, 2 tsp premium soy sauce, 3 tbsp freshly chopped green onion;
4): 1 tbsp olive oil.
Directions:
1: Place shrimps in cold water to thaw (Picture 1), remove shells, rinse and drain well. Combine shrimps and all ingredients of Ingredent 2) (Picture 2), mix well (Picture 3) and set aside for 15 minutes.
2: Place all ingredients of Ingredient 3) in a bowl, beat well (Picture 4).
3. Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 9 min. press “start” to initiate the program.
4: After preheat, open the lid, add 1 tbsp olive oil and quickly place shrimps inside the pan (Picture 5), close the lid and let the program continue.
5: When only 4 minutes left, open the lid, stir a few times (Picture 6). Then pour beaten egg mixture over shrimps evenly, cover the lid (Picture 8) and let the program to continue.
6: When the program ends, open the lid (Picture 7), quickly take out cooked egg and shrimp to a serving plate and serve warm.
