This is a very tasty and easy to make dish, you should try it.

Ingredients:
1) 8 chicken drumsticks;
2) 1 tbsp Chinese five-spice powder , 1 tbsp Sichuan pdppercorn powder, 1 tsp salt, 3 tbsp oyster souce/

Directions:

1: Two days prior to cooking, rinse chicken drumsticks with cold water (Picture 1) then pat dry with paper tower. Add all ingredients of Ingredient 2) in a Ziploc bag (Picture 1). Add chicken drumsticks in the bag. Seal the bag and turn the bag over a couple of times until drumsticks are coated with sauce (Picture 3). Marinate for 2 days in the fridge. Turn the bag over a few times during this period.
2: Preheat the oven to 400F/205C. Place marinated chicken drumsticks to a baking pan lined with parchment paper (Picture 4).

3: Bake for 15 minutes at 400F, then reduce temperature to 350F/175C and continue bake for 20 minutes.
4: Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
