非常感谢您的精美的网站，给我这个不会做饭的人一个机会，能靠您的方子做出一些好吃的菜。
现在若不看您的菜谱，我就会站在厨房的食物原材料面前发呆，发愁，不知如何下手。我将我的电脑桌搬到了厨房，放在炉台旁，做饭前需要先打开您的网页，搜索好菜谱，再一步一步紧跟您的步骤来完成它。每一道菜我都回问我的不爱吃饭的儿子，如果他说这个菜：好吃好吃，那这道菜一定是FOLLOW您的菜谱做的，如儿子只说“还可以”，那就是此菜不是FOLLOW您的菜谱了做的。儿子说的“还可以”，意谓“不好吃”，但儿子从不对我说我做的菜不好吃，不打击我的积极性。
今天上午已做了奶黄馅面包和不一样的红烧猪蹄（已经全部SHOLD），现在正在做：密汁排骨（儿子的最爱），茄子还有鱼香豆腐。

谢谢毛毛妈，祝毛毛妈厨房越办越红火。用你的方子做面包，一直是零失败，拿给朋友们吃，哇！惊倒一片！全部对我刮目相看啊！她们根本不相信从不做饭的人居然能做出这么好吃的面包。嘿嘿，全是毛毛妈的功劳。
最常做的是卡式达八字面包，汤种椰蓉包，现在是参加聚会的招牌点心。

I love your site. Everything you make reminds me of my childhood or when I would visit my relatives in Taiwan. My favorite recipe is the Taro Cake. After reading the recipe, I just realized how easy it is! I must make it one of these days.
